Formal Handover
We meet the tenants at the property and ensure all contracts are agreed

Inventory

Contracts are drafted on your behalf according to the length of the lease.
Rent Collection
All rent is collect each month and then paid into the Landlords account.
A detailed statement is sent to the Landlord each month.
Property Inspections
A periodic inspection is carried out, usually every 3 months. A full
report is sent to the Landlord.
Checking Out
We meet the tenants at the property and check the inventory of contents
and ensure the property has been left clean and satisfactory.
